We offer three levels of key holding services to suit your specific requirements:
- Key Holding. We hold a set of keys at our secure premises, meaning there is a set of keys locally should a friend, family member or contractor need to access the property.
- Key Holding and Inspections. Not only will we hold a set of keys, but we will also check over the property as often as you request (e.g. monthly) and report back to you. If required, we can collect any mail and forward it on to you.
- Key Holding, Inspections and Management. In addition to holding keys and inspecting the property, we will also arrange for qualified tradesmen to carry out any maintenance issues should they arise.
