At ELPM we’re here to look after you and your new home.. We’re not just here to collect rent, we’re here to make sure you have a great experience letting from us. Here’s how we do that:

Your new home will be clean. No one wants to move into a dirty property. We make sure all the properties in our care are clean and well presented before you move-in.

Your new home is safe. Not only will it meet all of the safety requirements, our goal is to set best practice in lettings. We do this by following guidance set out by Scottish Association of Landlords, Council of Letting Agents and Landlord Accreditation Scotland.

Your deposit is secure. We handle all of the paperwork prior to you moving in and we also transfer your deposit into a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme, with a company called SafeDeposits Scotland Ltd.

Your home is cared for. We have years of experience in construction and so spot many issues before they develop. If you do report an issue, we’re hands on in making sure what needs done gets done in an efficient and proper manner.
